When I enrolled in Beyond Sessions, I was certified but struggling — drowning
in the "shoulds" of setting up a coaching business without a clear roadmap.
What this program did was give me structure and permission to simplify.
I learned to wear two hats intentionally: the CEO who designs the client
experience, and the coach who delivers it. More importantly, I now have
a defined journey for my clients.
The clarity this program gave me was a game-changer. Instead of trying
to perfect everything before launch, I now know the essential things to
set up and run. That freed me.
I'm better off because of this program. The facilitation by Steve and
Erwin, supported by Emma, created a beautiful learning experience.
I came into Beyond Sessions with years of learning how to coach — through
good organisations via Zoom, many online certifications, a worldwide conference,
and creating my coaching business with an LLC and a website.
What changed for me was a greater emotional confidence in the coaching
process and a greater conviction of how to be the CEO of my business. The
leaders and the other coaches in the group created a great dynamic to bring
about this effect.
I am leaving with a continued support group and website, a clarification
of what I want to do with my business, and freedom in my heart to give
of myself as a coach as I help the clients do the work they need to do
for themselves.
