Steve has worked in coaching, supervision, and professional development for over 20 years. He developed the Beyond Sessions methodology over a decade of working with coaches at every stage of practice — from those completing their training to those running established organisational programmes.
He is a Master Certified Coach, coach trainer, supervisor, and Director of Coaching at The Coaching Tools Company. He has trained over 1,000 coaches internationally.
Erwin is a senior business consultant and M&A advisor who co-facilitates Beyond Sessions. He brings the business architecture layer — the thinking that sits between excellent coaching and a coherent, sustainable practice.
With 25 years in strategy, systems, and sustainable growth, Erwin works with coaches on the structural and commercial dimensions that training programmes rarely address.
