Dr Steve Jeffs

Steve has worked in coaching, supervision, and professional development for over 20 years. He developed the Beyond Sessions methodology over a decade of working with coaches at every stage of practice — from those completing their training to those running established organisational programmes.

He is a Master Certified Coach, coach trainer, supervisor, and Director of Coaching at The Coaching Tools Company. He has trained over 1,000 coaches internationally, and his book became a bestseller in the Mentoring and Coaching category on Amazon.

Good questions before you enrol.

About the program
I coach part-time alongside a full-time role. Will I have time?
Beyond Sessions is self-paced with no deadlines on the course. Most practitioners complete one module per week or fortnight. The tools you build in each module go directly into your client work from the same week, so learning time and practice time overlap rather than compete.
I coach in a specialist niche. Will this system work for me?
The system is universal because it addresses the architecture of the coaching relationship, not the content of any specific niche. Executive coaches, life coaches, health coaches, and team coaches all use the same structural elements. Beyond Sessions works across all of them.
I've been coaching for years. Is this material I haven't seen?
Most experienced coaches recognise the problems Beyond Sessions solves — because they've lived them. If you have a complete, documented end-to-end practice system already, this probably isn't for you. If you have useful pieces but not a coherent whole, it fills the gaps.
The cohort looks more valuable. Why choose the course?
The cohort includes everything in the course plus live group sessions, peer cohort, and direct weekly access to Steve and Erwin throughout. The course is the right fit if you prefer to work through the material on your own schedule, or if the cohort timing doesn't work for you.

What if I enrol and the material isn't right for me?
If you complete Module 1 and find the system doesn't address the gaps you came with, contact us and we'll work it out. We are not interested in keeping your money if the program isn't the right fit for you.
Will there be a Cohort 3? Should I wait?
There is no announced Cohort 3 date. If you want to start building the system now rather than waiting, the course gives you access immediately — including the AMA calls and community, so you're not waiting to connect with Steve and Erwin.
Is the $697 course price a one-time payment?
Yes. $697 USD, paid once. No recurring fees. Your access to the course content does not expire. Future updates to the content come to you at no additional cost.
What is the community platform and does it auto-renew?
The Beyond Sessions community runs on Circle. Three months of access is included from your enrolment date. At the end of that period, you choose whether to continue. There is no automatic billing.
