Things coaches ask before enrolling

Honest answers to the hesitations most coaches bring to this decision.

“I’ve done programs before and nothing changed.”

That’s a legitimate concern and worth taking seriously. The distinction that matters here is between knowledge and a working system. Most programs produce understanding — you leave knowing more about how a coaching practice should work. Beyond Sessions produces something different: a complete, documented, operational system for every stage of an engagement that you build as you go through the program and use from the same week. “I already know most of this.”

Most experienced coaches know parts of this — they have some awareness of chemistry sessions, some sense that completion matters.
